Leaders, Legends & Legacies Football Camp

The LEADERS, LEGENDS, AND LEGACIES FOOTBALL CAMP is led by competent and knowledgeable staff members who have been trained in football education. However, even with training and the proper football technique, there is always a chance that accidental injury could occur since football is a contact sport. Although I know the football camp will follow safety procedures, I understand that accidents can happen in training, practice, and playing football. I give permission for my child/ward to participate in all activities contained in this football camp and release LEADERS, LEGENDS, AND LEGACIES FOOTBALL CAMP AND ALL PERSONNEL from all responsibility in the case of accident or injury. This waiver shall apply to the practice sessions and any activity which may be associated with the football camp. Checking this box serves as my signature and acknowledgment of these risks.

The LEADERS, LEGENDS, AND LEGACIES FOOTBALL CAMP athletes/attendees/participants need to bring their own gear (helmet, mouthpiece, shoulderpads, practice jersey, shorts, cleats, etc). Pants are not needed. Please ensure that your gear fits properly prior to your arrival at camp. This is a full contact camp but coaches make every effort to blow whistles early to keep players off the ground.

The fee is $100 if received by June 4, 2027, or $200 after June 4. The athlete can also pay upon arrival and registration on the day of the camp.
